"Three years ago...

A plague of sorts broke out in Relm City, rumors alleged Humane Labs was conducting illegal, underground experiments, which unleashed "the plague". After months of research and trials, a cure was developed, and 99% of Relm Cities residents were vaccinated. Since the initial outbreak, there have been reports of Supernatural and unexplained phenomenons occurring within the city. The Governor was always a hopeful spirit and believed that everything would go back to normal, and life will go on as it should.

Today, there are whispers of creatures, occurrences, and things that cannot be explained, most of it can't be explained at all. Residents are concerned, could this be a secret organization? Why are they here? What is it they want? What is Governor Bonette hiding?

If something suspicious or unexplained is found, run away immediately.... or is help on the way?
