The sun comes out on a small, city. A city that no one has heard about. A small micro state that can sustain itself. The city seems like a normal capital of any city: a big city with a university, parks, shopping areas... But the city hides several secrets.

The state has been a heaven for several criminal families. Years ago, there was a war in the country... The city was the center of all this war. At the end, the families made a pact: they divided the city and control it. Inside the walls of this town, they control not only the country but the world.

But now, there is another danger that has arrived in the town. A tower was built. At the beginning the families did not think much about it but now... The tower has become a neutral party on this war. The tower is a club where deals are made and secrets are spilled. No one is safe in this city... Not even the chief of police or the mayor are not what they seem.

Which of the families would get on top? Will the fragile truce be broken? Or will the owner of the Tower use his influence to destroy the families and own the town?
