Since 2008, with a 140 player peak back in the SA-MP days. The gamemode is written from scratch in C#, forty-something services of it, no ESX, no 8 GB of car packs, and it's been live and up every day since.

What's in there:

• Custom gamemode written from scratch, forty-something services of C#. No ESX, no renamed resources, no 8 GB of car packs
• About a 15 MB download and you're standing in Los Santos maybe 15 seconds after clicking connect
• New players land at the airport and get picked up by a taxi that narrates fifteen stops around the city
• F9 opens a checklist with GPS waypoints: clothes, job, first car
• Jobs pay hourly, races have countdowns and scoreboards, there are time trials for the 4am crowd
• LSPD: CAD with plate lookups and criminal records, tickets that stick to the character, jail and release
• EMS: hospital intake, medic duty, radio
• Die and you wake up in a hospital bed with a bill that scales with what's in your pocket, minus the last 30 minutes of your character's memory. Newbies get the bill covered by the state
• Everything worth doing earns rep: achievements, helping new players, etc. It can't be bought and can't be handed out with a title
• No application for Helper, at 50 hours of playtime the server makes you one automatically
