The server is based on a very much modified version of ESX.

• Pretty much all of what you would expect in 2023, in terms of phone, EUP/custom clothing/custom hairstyles, MLOs, custom vehicles etc.   
• Most importantly, we build the server with the community. Afterall, we’re all playing on it, we’re not here to dictate what’s what and what could be fun. Let’s have a dialogue!
• Custom housing aka, live anywhere - buy any house, plus possibility to purchase "custom housing", manually adding MLO for you.
• Added trees, vegetation in Los Santos and all of San Andreas.
  
• A drug system that requires you to do some work, not just standing in a circle
• Large variety of jobs, white and non-whitelisted. Whitelisted and semi-whitelisted with NPC “missions”:
     -  Pizzaiolo (Make and deliver pizzas)
     -  Taxi driver
     -  EMS
• Insurance (on vehicles) and tax systems (automatic)
• Hotel in Los Santos where you can rent a room (32 unique rooms)
• Inn, in Paleto Bay where you can rent a room (10 unique rooms)
• Motor Hotel in Grand Senora Desert where you can rent a room (9 unique rooms)
• Stock market based on in-game businesses
• MDT for reports and dispatch for police and EMS
• MDT also for Taxi, LSFD and Mechanics to handle calls

… There aren’t really any. If you want to make a gang and get going, you go do that. Expect police to eventually try to split you up or rival gangs. No mafia jobs or limitations as such.
